Position - English Speaking Customer Service representative

Working days: Monday - Sunday, weekend by choice

Working hours: 12:00-20:00/17:00-01:00/20:00-04:00

Salary: according to qualification and experience, Range - 1100-1600 GEL

 

Job requirements:

  • Working experience 1 year
  • Fluent in English language - Excellent Verbal and writing skills is a must
  •  Personal Communication skills
  •  Experience in living/studying in English speaking countries is an advantage
  •  Experience in CS is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

 

Job description:

  • Responsible of answering incoming calls of Customers
  • Responsible of answering incoming E-mails of Customer
  • Maintaining Customer account records in the system
  • Identify and assess customer`s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate and valid information by using the tools given on professional training
  • Clarifying and resolving customer`s complaints
  • Providing appropriate solutions within the time limits
  •  Selecting and explaining the best solution for customer
  • Following up to ensure resolution
